Castor Oil packs help to detoxify the liver and also helps to move the lymph. It helps to dissolves growths in the body.

Very simply, fold a cotton flannel piece of fabric and add 4 fl. oz. of a high quality, hexane free castor oil to it. Soak the cloth completely.

Place the pad now on your abdomen. Use some plastic wrap over top and then put a hot water bottle on top. You can place it over your entire abdomen, or a little lower for menstrual cramps. After about 40 minutes, you are finished. Store and re-use your pack, keep it in a sealed glass mason jar and next time just add a little more castor oil to it!
