Dave Oleyar, owl expert and admitted fanatic, is a senior scientist with HawkWatch International in Salt Lake City Utah. In addition to learning about owl species common to Utah, we were also able to meet Artemis- a rescued Western Screech Owl turned educator. This lecture was part of a community series event at the Swaner EcoCenter on June 17th, 2014.
