Canada is signing on to a new trade deal — a revamped Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, which doesn’t include the U.S. after the country pulled out of talks last year. Eleven countries accounting for 14% of the world's economy make up the revised deal, but there are some fears Canada has thrown a wrench into its NAFTA negotiations with the U.S. at a crucial time.
