Now I'm in Norway!
It's cold, but the nature is so magical - you just need some warm clothes :) Follow for more videos from my journey. Soon we go to Tromsø in Norway to catch the northern lights, then back to Thailand.
Verdens Ende is located at the very southern tip of Tjøme, and has a beautiful view of the Skagerrak. This place is also great for swimming and fishing. Here you will find the well-known tilting lighthouse, which is built from pebbles taken from the beaches in Tjøme. The tilting lighthouse is a replica and it was built in 1932.
In June 2015, the old restaurant at Verdens Ende was replaced with a new building. Færder National Park Center opened in 2015. This building houses an exhibition and a restaurant. 2nd floor has a 360-degree view and exhibition area. This Park is easily accessible by boat, car and public transport. At World's End, you can drive a private car all the way to the border of the national park. Færder National Park can be experienced by everyone.
"The national park comprises 340 square kilometers of mainland, islands, reefs and seabed in Færder municipality. It stretches from Ormøy in the north to Færder lighthouse in the south. The landscape in the national park is distinctive and rich in geological formations such as round swales, rocky outcrops, seeps, potholes and other forms. There are several important nesting areas for seabirds in the national park, and the national park has a very diverse flora and fauna. Plants and insects live here that can hardly be found anywhere else. The area in the national park is popularly used for boat trips, paddling, water sports, hiking, fishing and swimming.
The large breakwater that connects the "mainland" with all the islets and reefs in the off-season means that there is also a safe harbor for small boats at the End of the World. There are excellent bathing conditions from Svaberg and islets, especially for children, with a separate child-friendly bathing area. There is also a bathing platform intended for people with reduced mobility. There is a barbecue area and many benches in the area at Verdens Ende" (source: visitnorway.com)
