1. Fill brewer with 100g of water THEN dump in coffee
2. Start timer — stir 15s clockwise, then 15 counterclockwise (total 30s)
3. Let sit capes until 1 minute
4. At 1 minute — cap, move Aeropress back/forward/left/right then push until top of coffee is at #1 (sit until 2:00)
5. At 2 minutes — flip and press for 30s
6. Dilute 85-100ml
OPTIONAL: Let cool for 5-7 min
