According to the wiki, Hawke should have mentioned Varric and *also* their love interest. I've reloaded this save twice, and Hawke's lines never changed. I've seen a female Hawke mention Fenris on YT before, so I'm not sure whether the line with their love interest is exclusive to only a female Hawke, or I've just missed it. Either way, I feel kind of cheated.
