An Iowa teen has suffered a fractured skull and bleeding in her brain after falling and hitting her head while doing the viral ‘Kiki Challenge’.
Anna Worden, 18, was driving with friends in a car last Monday in the town of Bettendorf when she decided to try the latest online dance fad.
‘We were over by the round-about, and I thought it would be a fun idea to do the Kiki Challenge,’ Worden told WQAD-TV last week.
The ‘#Kiki #Challenge’ is taken up by social media users who jump out of moving cars and do a dance to the #Drake song #In #My #Feelings.
The challenge is fast becoming one of the biggest social media trends of 2018.
It was started by Instagram comedian Shiggy who shared a video on his show 'The Shiggy Show', dancing by a car on the road to Drake's hit song.
Since then the internet has been inundated with people dancing to the song next to moving cars, a craze which has led the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) in the U.S. to warn about the dangers of the challenge.
