Cilla Black’s first version of the theme music and song as a full length Cut & Thrust remix.

For those who grew up watching British TV in the 80s and 90s, Cilla Black ruled the world of light entertainment on ITV.

She hosted "Surprise Surprise" on LWT for 17 years and opened and closed each programme by singing the show's theme tune.

Here's a remix from the 1989 and 1991 series. Lyrics are written by actress and comedian, Kate Robbins and this mix uses two arrangements by Musical Directors Alyn Ainsworth (1989) and Ray Monk (1991). Robin Houston is the voice of the announcer.
