Anthony Cook- the former boyfriend of Mallory Beach- is suing Alex Murdaugh, among others, after the 2019 fatal boat crash that killed Beach.

Cook was onboard with Mallory and four others when Paul Murdaugh slammed his father's boat into a bridge in Beaufort.

Paul was drunk- three times over the legal limit and underage.
