Pabda bhuna.
Simple and delicious pabda biran/bhuna w lots of green chillies and coriander is my absolute favourite.

What is your favourite way of cooking fish?

Recipe:
Ingredients:

Pabda fish 3/4 pieces. Cut and cleaned. ( let me know if you want me to do a video on how to cut and clean fish ).
Onion-2/3 sliced.
Green chilli-5/6 slitted
Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
Pachforon mix 1/2 tsp
Pinch of grind cinnamon and bay leaves. ( secret ingredients lol ).
Chilli powder 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Komola skin+ flesh handful.
Salt to taste.

Cooking method:
Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder to the fish and massage. Fry then until golden brown and put it aside.
In the same oil add in the sliced onions. Once they’re browned add some water to soften them. Add ginger garlic paste, powdered spices and cook for 3/4min. Once oil separates add the fried fish back in pan and add some water. Cook the fish for 4/5min in medium low heat. Add in the orange skin and slices. Add green chilli and coriander. Let it simmer in low heat until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot w bhaat❤️
