Zero Oil Poori – Lets see if this hack works or not
I found this recipe on internet and wasn't sure if it would actually work. But when I tried it, it worked like magic!
Note : You might have to adjust the time of air frying as every air fryer is different.
Ingredients :
1. Whole Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
2. Salt – ¼ Tsp
3. Curd – 2 Tbsp
4. Water
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough. Cover it and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
2. In a kadhai, bring water to a boil and add the rolled puris. (I added a maximum of 5 puris at a time in the kadhai I used, and it worked well.)
3. Let the puris cook in the hot water for 4 minutes.
4. Drain excess water and transfer the puris to the air fryer.
5. Air fry them in a preheated air fryer at 190°C for 5 minutes. (3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side)
