Stuck at home under Colorado's COVID-19 Stay at Home orders, I try out James Hoffmann's Ultimate V60 Technique. I don't have a scale, so I eyeball the coffee and water volumes. And it actually goes pretty well! I'm brewing Amethyst Coffee Company's February House blend, and I get a very tasty cup out of the process. Bravo, James. This is a good one!
