Three new locally acquired coronavirus cases have been recorded in Victoria, as the state continues to see big demand for testing. There has also been one confirmed case of the virus in a returned international traveller in hotel quarantine. Acting Premier Jacinta Allan said the three new locally acquired cases were linked to the Black Rock cluster, which has grown to 24 active cases.
