Funghi Porcini Trifolati

Ingredienti
Porcini 500 g
1 spicchio d’aglio
Nipitella 1 rametto
Vino bianco 1/2 bicchiere
2 giri d’Olio evo
Sale q.b

I funghi porcini trifolati sono una ricetta facile e veloce che esalta al massimo il sapore dei funghi porcini.

Un "classico" della cucina italiana e tra le più gustose ricette vegetariane.

I funghi trifolati in padella sono un contorno di verdura gustoso e leggero, si possono abbinare a diversi piatti, con la polenta, la carne oppure con un ottimo risotto.

Preparazione
Pulite i funghi possibilmente senza lavarli (o passandoli più che rapidamente sotto l'acqua e asciugandoli bene), tagliateli a cubetti piccoli, (guarda il video).

In una padella scaldate l'olio, fatevi insaporire a fuoco dolce uno spicchio d'aglio ed eliminatelo appena diventa di colore dorato.

Aggiungete i funghi, salate e cuocete per 10 minuti circa mescolando due - tre volte con delicatezza, (usate solo mestoli di legno).

Quindi insaporite i funghi con un rametto di nipitella.

Sfumate con mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco, cuocete altri due minuti e servite i funghi porcini trifolati immediatamente.
