Get ready for 7-total FULL body banded exercises, blending the elements of strength training and cardio! If you've never performed a Pyramid, I highly suggest you watch the intro so you know what to expect. Here's a little crash course: You'll perform exercise #1 for 30 seconds, 30 seconds off. Repeat exercise #1 and stack on exercise #2 (back to back), 30 seconds off. Repeat exercises #1 & #2 and stack on exercise #3 (back to back), 30 seconds off. We follow this programming until we reach the last conditioning movement. Once we are at the top of the pyramid we'll repeat all seven exercises, in reverse order. As we climb down, we'll start to take off an exercise (exercise #1 will be the first to go) until we reach the bottom and left with one exercise.
