In this video, I am going to show how to prepare multigrains wheat atta/flour at home. Multigrain atta is rich in protein and fiber. This is a easy way to add pulses and other grains in our day to day diet. Comparing to plain wheat atta this gives more energy and nutrients to the body.
Here I am preparing the multigrain atta in more quantity, you can adjust the quantity as per you requirement.
The ratio of preparing this multigrain atta is as :
Wheat - 5kg
Samba wheat - 500g
White Channa - 250g
Black Channa - 250g
White peas - 250g
Greeen peas - 250g
Soybean - 250g
Oats - 250g
