1) When determining an area to farm, the farm area must have at least an 11% turnover ratio.
2) You have to be present in the community both in-person and through technology.
3) Be creative in what you are doing in your community. Be the community.
4) Use your communities resources to help you plan events in your real estate farm area.
5) To determine if you are successful in your farm area, look at the numbers, and make sure you are getting more out of what you put in.
