Boiled Taro Root - 1/2 kg
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 7 to 8 nos
Curry Leaves
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Curd - 1 cup
Coconut Oil - 1 tsp
#Iji_Thengai_Thugayal
Coconut (Diced)
Ginger - 20grms
Oil - 1 tsp
Dry Chilli - 1
Asafoetida
Urad Dal - 4 tsp
Gram Dal - 2 tsp
Tamarind
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
