When in Kabuki-chō you can satisfy a wide range of interests you’ll have when traveling to Tokyo. There is the innovative new kabukicho tower with food and a theater. There are lots of bars to quickly grab a drink, or other bars that you can have a host/hostess to talk with if you like (and of course, pay for).
There is a prominent Godzilla statue that you can see from a distance that is above the Toho Cinemas, and you can view it while walking Godzilla Road.
Lots of street food and snacks, much to do for all ages. But at night there will be strangers that may approach you to sell services, but aside from that it is a pretty safe place to travel with a group or solo which I did.
