The Global Peace Convention is a preeminent, world-level platform to share best practices and develop collaborative strategies in areas of education, health care, environmental sustainability, community-driven development, and conflict resolution, guided by a vision of One Family under God.

The Global Peace Convention advances innovative responses to the challenges of conflict and underdevelopment by drawing upon the expertise of government, faith-based, and civil society partners, and by involving stakeholders from affected regions.

Grounded in a comprehensive, values-based approach that recognizes the fundamental rights as well as responsibilities of all people, the Global Peace Convention presents a vision for peace and social progress that reflects the highest human aspirations.

The most recent Convention took place November 19-21, 2014 in Asunción, Paraguay gathering more than 1,000 government, civil society and faith leaders from 40 nations for a challenging debate and action agenda for national transformation in Paraguay, Latin America, and the developing world.
