Yogurts are not created equal. You have to read nutrition labels and ingredients. Sugar content is very important. Some yogurts are labeled low fat, non fat, organic etc, making people assume they’re a good choice but they’re not of sugar content is high. Some have upwards of 30-40 grams of sugar in them!
When shopping for yogurt, look for clean ingredients. The fewer the better. No added sugars is important. And ingredients you can pronounce. Also make sure sugars are less than 10, protein is more than 10 & added fiber is a plus
