Richard Montanez was pushing a broom at the Frito-Lays factory in California when he came up with an idea he wanted to pitch to the company for a new Cheeto. He bought a tie and with help from his wife, some chili powders and a book from the library about business presentations, he came up with the concept of "Flamin' Hot" Cheetos, one of the company's most popular snacks. The company then promoted him and now he's the Senior VP of Multicultural Sales for North America. Cool story that you don't want to miss.
