This is one of the famous dishes of Georgia, and it is also easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

5 g yeast
150 ml warm water

for dough
350 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
About 300 ml water
3 tbsps of oil
cheese - any type of you like it
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk
Sesame seeds
Black seeds
The butter for each one is about 5 g
Egg yolk for each 1 or 2
