I review the all-electric 2020 Mini Cooper SE! With an effective starting price of just $23,250 after federal tax incentives and the potential for the price to be as low as $17,250 depending on what state you live in, the Cooper SE is a fantastic value from the start. Then when you add in all the standard features you don't get in the competition like Apple CarPlay, LED headlights, heated seats and navigation, the bargain just gets better. Combining all this with a premium interior and the fun-to-drive character of instant acceleration and the sporty handling Mini is known for, and you have a very impressive little car.
