Turkey/Türkiye has been very well-known throughout the years of its rap scene to contain a variety of fast-rapping artists. The fast flow style has been continually growing since Ceza was doing it in the early 2000's and onwards. Nowadays, we commonly see Turkish rappers that are breaching barriers and records with their exemplary speeds - such as Kurşun and Kardiyak.
This list has been researched for a very long time, and it wouldn't have been possible without many contributors - both from Turkey and outside of it.
