Organizers of Luke Bryan's Farm Tour started setting up the outdoor venue at a farm field near Colfax, Iowa, more than a week ahead of the country music concert. The country music superstar announced in April 2023 that Schnell Family Farms, 9016 N. 19th Ave. W, northeast of Colfax in Jasper County, would host his Farm Tour concert on Thursday, Sept. 21. It's the 14th year for Bryan's nationwide Farm Tour, which has previously made Iowa stops in Boone County (2017, 2018, 2022) and Linn County (2021). Those shows have drawn crowds of up to about 20,000.
