Formed by Mike Messenger in Newquay, the band would later be known as Mike and The Messengers and would become the house band at Tall Trees Nightclub Newquay before Mike went on to sing solo and also with the John Austin Band.

This cover was recorded live at Tall Trees Nightclub in 1964.
