Info about Bennie Barre:
Barre is a workout routine that incorporates ballet, as well as elements of Pilates and yoga into an effective full body workout. Barre can help you build core strength, challenge and strengthen balance, improve posture and tone and strengthen muscles. While mainly we use our own body-weight as resistance, sometimes small weights, bands and tools are used to aid the workout experience. Barre is practiced in bare feet, ballet shoes or barre socks. You can do these exercises at a standard barre, or using a counter, railing or chair at home for support.

My barre style is choreographed to music and classes are meant to be fun- while still provide an amazing shake in the legs and burn. While most work done at the barre strengthens legs and seats, my classes included arm and core toning along with cardio movement for a full body workout. While I feel that live classes are the best for a full experience, I still wish to share my choreography and work here for an at-home experience.
