30 pcs. Boiled Quail Eggs - 54 pesos
Batter
1 cup All purpose Flour - 5.4 pesos
1/2 cup Cornstarch - 3 pesos
1 tbsp Baking powder - 87 centavos
1 tsp Iodized Salt - 10 centavos
1 tsp black pepper - 10 centavos
3/4 cup water + 1 1/2 tbsp water - 30 centavos
orange food coloring - 50 centavos

Oil for Frying - 20 pesos

Coating
Cornstarch - 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup - 3 pesos to 4.5 pesos

Sauce (madami po ang magagawa nito)
1/8 cup soysauce - 62 centavos
1/8 cup cassava starch - 75 centavos
1 cup brown sugar - 9.6 pesos
2 siling labuyo - 1.5 pesos
3 cups water - 1.18 pesos

Clamshell - 4.5 pesos each
