I took Apple's MagSafe Battery Pack with on me on a recent trip to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom and sally it failed me miserable. I was honestly so excited about the MagSafe Smart Battery Pack when I first saw MagSafe demoed I though a battery would be the perfect accessory for it and once the 3rd party ones started coming out I figure Apple would show them all up and do it best. Sadly I was wrong. The first hit was how you couldn’t charge the battery via wireless itself and now we find out that it mostly only charges my iPhone 12 mini at 3W meaning that it can’t keep up with demand. It’s so disappointing. Hopefully the next version does better.
