MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) After many years of anticipation, the website with information on the proposed Interstate 10 bridge over the Mobile River officially launched Monday.
According to an economic analysis by the University of South Alabama, the state could gain $41 million in new tax revenue. Mobile could anticipate an overall impact of $1.5 billion dollars from the project.
Construction could last up to six years and create more than 18,000 direct and indirect jobs.
