Is Soy BAD For You??? 🤔🤨
Absolutely not.
Somehow someone created the myth that soy is full of estrogen which in turn will give you gyno (fatty tissue in your chest).
That couldn’t be further from the truth, and even if it was true…
… I guess the breast implant industry would be in lots of trouble 🤣
Recent studies show soy products are rich in phytoestrogen which has many health benefits in men and women.
However, let’s not even go that far:
Look at me, I’m in great shape and am the most cut I’ve ever been…
… and I’ve been vegan for 10 years now.
This kind of body wouldn’t even be possible if the myths about soy were true.
Tofu is a great source of protein, is very healthy for you and you shouldn’t be worried about consuming it.
