Why aren’t there more female executives & CEOs?

Seemingly a lifetime ago when I started my startup I was scared… I couldn’t think of any female CEOs whose footsteps I could follow (sad I know).

Since then I’ve met many amazing women leading teams and companies BUT they are still the minority.

So I asked WHY? Looking at data and hearing the personal stories of women in executive and CEO positions I discovered:

There are so many INVISIBLE BARRIERS & BIASES holding women back from these executive positions and for minority groups it becomes even harder.
