The boy's father, Brooks Township resident David Robert Daniel Saylor, 33, was charged in Newaygo County District Court on Tuesday with one felony count of manufacturing explosive devices and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor by manufacturing those devices with his son.
