Follow my instructions & allow my slow hand movements to make your eyes so heavy 😴 We'll start by taking some deep breaths to slow ourselves down, then do a little focusing exercise, blurring your vision to make you feel sleepier. If you need more of a push to close your eyes, hopefully some screen darkening will help. Rest well!
