Eli, of Live Rogue, walks you through the amazing Munter Hitch. This amazing hitch can lighten your load or get you out of a jam if you have forgotten or lost your go to belay/rappel device. Did you know you can also turn the Munter into a progress capture that could be used belay a second, hall gear, or be used in self-rescue situations.
