Stir fried Sweet potato noodle (Japchae) with chicken ● Homemade Recipe [Simple & Easy]

Ingredients:
(Serve: 4)
200g Korean Dried sweet potato noodle
5 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons water
1 small carrot (julienned)
2 medium size capsicum (cut to thin slice)
70g Shimeji mushroom
3 pieces chicken tender
1 tablespoon sesame seed
1 teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ pepper
¼ soy sauce

Steps:
Cut chicken tender to thin strip
Marinate with ¼ teaspoon salt, pepper and soy sauce each
In a medium pot, boil water and cook dried sweet potato noodle
For about 7 minutes
Add 3 tablespoons sesame oil, mix well and set aside

Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoons oil
Saute the minced garlic and shallot till fragrance
Stir in the chicken tender and fry for about 2 minutes
Add carrot, capsicum and shimeji mushroom
Cook for about 3 minutes
Add 2 tablespoon water and add the sweet potato noodle
Stir fry for about 3 minutes, add soy sauce and sugar
Add black pepper, sesame seed and 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Stir fry for another 2 minutes
