Ingredients
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp cold water
2 cups cooking cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract/ 2 vanilla beans
Garnish
Pomegranate
Kiwi or (Any fruit of your choice)
Mint leaves

Method
-In a bowl put some water and gelatin and let the gelatin bloom for 3-4 minutes.
-Heat the cream on moderate flame.
-Put vanilla seeds and pods into the mixture.
-Stir well and add sugar and mix it all.
-Add the bloomed gelatin.
- Turn off the flame and let the mixture come to room temperature
- Discard the vanilla pods
- Pour it into a glass
- Refrigerate it for an hour
- Garnish it with kiwi cubes,pearls of pomegranate and mint leaves
-Panna Cotta is ready to be served
