There’s no science behind cutting your hair leading to hair growth. The only thing it’s going to do is chop off your hair length and so when u see loose hair in the shower drain it may look less.
So if you really want to grow your hair, don’t cut it .
Nourish it with oiling , gentle fingers tip massaging on clean scalp , hydrate the hair strands with spas , nourish from with in - RA Anangen is my go to. Link in my bio for you to get yours from solskincorp.
The only time you cut your hair is when the ends are too frizzy and dry because you chemically treated it for a long time/ coloured it for a long time. The natural oil that your scalp produce doesn’t travel till the end of your hair and we generally also oil only our scalp and not oil all the way to the tip.
The other reason to cut ✂️ is split ends. Yes , there is no other remedy to this one.
Third is to style of course 😁
So let ur hair grow, pay attention on your nutrition and hormones. Also protect it from sun, wind, chemicals and too much drying. No sign of youth and beauty than a long, shining and heathy hair.
