As I explain in the video, film school isn't all it's cracked up to be. Often people go to film school thinking they need this to have a job in the industry and come out of the other side realising they would have just been better off, both financially and time, by just learning from YouTube.
Although it's not all bad, studying film at university or any media & film course for that matter can have its perks, but it depends on what you want to achieve.
I'm hoping that this video can help you understand the pros & cons of attending film school in the UK or studying film at university.
Remember to invest in yourself and it might just be cheaper and quicker to learn from people who are already doing it!
