I told the House of Commons about the Research I'm currently doing on Coalfield Regeneration, to support towns like Mansfield with the particular issues that characterize these areas - things like low pay, poor health and lack of investment. I want to pull together examples of best practice from around the country to encourage Government to do more for places like Mansfield. I asked the Leader of the House about getting a debate in the Commons on this, to talk about Mansfield hear the experiences of colleagues in other coalfield areas.
