Try these 3 Ingredient banana oatmeal and raisin cookies which are perfect for breakfast on the go, afternoon snack, dinner snack, it's a super kid friendly recipe, perfect for lunchboxes or after school.
The recipe is super simple, you just mix the ingredients in the bowl and scoop them out on a parchment paper lined sheet baking tray. How easy is that! You can pop them in the fridge for a couple of hours
too. No need for flour or sugar for the delicious cookie bites.
Preheat oven to 180c/Gas Mark 4
Ingredients
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Raisins
Cinammon to taste (optional)
Mash the bananas
Gradually add the cup of oats and mix them in with the bananas, along with the raisins.
We added cinnamon as an extra ingredient for taste but you can also add any other ingredient you like such as choco/white choc chips, vanilla extract, peanut butter.
Form small sized balls out of the mixture,
Flatten and place in a parchment sheet lined baking tray
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until golden
