Binding your DTNO.1 smartwatch to the Wearpro app is the first step in using the watch. However, some users have encountered connection failure issues. In this episode, we will guide you on how to identify errors and solve the problem on your own.
Firstly, check if the watch is connected to another phone. If there is a small green line here, it means that the watch is already connected by another phone. In this case, you need to disconnect it first.
If the original connected phone is an Apple mobile phone, you need to go to system Bluetooth and ignore it.
Then you can scan and connect the watch.
Secondly, you need to check whether the watch has an "unbind" button, find the QR code of the watch, and pull it down. If there is an "unbind" button, you must first unbind it.
The third, restart the watch. Remember, you cannot slide to turn off, you must press and hold for 10-15 seconds until the watch restarts. After restarting, you will see the startup screen, then you can continue to connect and bind again.
If you have tried the above methods but still cannot connect, then check whether the mobile phone has manually changed the time. If the time on the mobile phone is wrong, it cannot be connected normally.
