Two #10 cans of fruit cocktail produce about 1 lb 7.5 oz of dehydrated fruit. I rinsed the fruit cocktail before dehydrating it. The grapes took longer than the peaches, pears and cherries.

Interestingly enough, the peaches in the fruit cocktail did not have the intense peach flavor of the sliced can peaches I dehydrated the day before.
