Clarabelle is one of those B-tier characters that get a role here and there when needed. Mostly to be Goofy’s partner or Minnie's other friend. She’s kinda like the Daisy of the Mickey Mouse universe I guess.
Idk I think she fits better with HORACE not Goofy. A horse and a cow fit better than a cow and a dog. But Horace has been in cameoland the last couple decades.
