The compact impact arena just got a little muddier with these new DeWalt 20V ATOMIC Brushless Impact Wrench and Driver additions. Hitting the shelves this Fall (2021) are the DeWalt ATOMIC 20V 1/2" Impact Wrench DCF921, the DeWalt ATOMIC 20V 3/8" Impact Wrench DCF923, and the DeWalt DCF850 ATOMIC 20V Impact Driver. Each of these is powered by the 20V MAX battery platform and they all include brushless motors. The two impact wrenches deliver up to 450 ft-lbs of breakaway torque, while the 1/4" impact driver has up to 1850 in-lbs (150 ft-lbs).
