In the early hours of March 18th, 1990. Two men dressed as policemen buzzed the doorbell at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, Massachusetts. Within seconds, the door was quickly opened by the night watchmen. When inside, the 2 men posing as police officers quickly tied up the two watchmen and brought them to a secluded area of the museum’s basement. They then went on to commit the largest art heist in the history of the world.
