In this video we have are conducting annual blot to Ingvi Frey / Freyr. We do this in the fall to celebrate a good harvest and a fruitful year in all that we set out to do. We blot to formally give thanks to our gods and goddesses for various reasons. We never grovel or beg for better circumstances, If everything was hard then we thank the gods for the lessons that make us better people. Freyr is a fertility god, so as such deserves thanks when we experience growth in life, finances and relationships. We also understand that growth doesn't happen in a vacuum so we thank him for the strength to survive many hard life lessons and come out better on the other side. Hail Freyr! Hail the gods of the North!
