No damage is kind of obligatory for this. In fact I think the only thing that doesn't kill you in one hit in the whole game is the bear trap.

Anyway, Tarsus is pretty straight forward. You can parry most of his sword attacks or just dodge and counter which is do. Most things are simple to react to, just take advantage of the endless stamina and huge number of i frames in your shell-less form. Riposte explosion after parry does strong damage as you can see at the end.

One thing to watch out for is his big ice whirlwind. It's easy enough to just move away, but it has a hilariously long lingering hitbox, so just wait until he starts attacking again to be safe. See here: [ Ссылка ].
