🎢GLUCOSE SPIKE! The process of making milk out of oats turns carbohydrates into sugar. Not a big deal, but if you mix it with coffee and have it as first thing in the morning, it can cause a massive sugar (glucose) spike — similar to what a small can of Coca-Cola can do to your glucose levels in the afternoon.
☠️ GLYPHOSATE if the oats are not organic (and sometimes even if they are), they will be full of glyphosate, which is a pesticide linked to birth defects, gut issues and infertility.
